RoninSteel allows you to backup your bitcoin wallet keeping it safe from the elements as it's fire resistant and water proof.
A bitcoin wallet is (normally) secured by a 12 or 24 Mnemonic Words, plus an optional Passphrase. Storing these on a RoninSteel and keeping it somewhere safe is highly important, as if you lose access to your bitcoin wallet software you can easily recover your bitcoin on another device using the backup which you've made in steel.

When printing the template, to ensure the dimensions will match your RoninSteel ensure you have:

disabled.Top tip: we have found it is best to cut inside the black boarder line. This will ensure the template fits perfectly onto your RoninSteel.
Run a scribe or sharp pencil down each column to find the punch. Once found, write the uppercase-letter / lowercase-letter / number / symbol on a piece of paper.
Now you can use your recovered 12/24 Mnemonic Words (and Passphrase if applicable) to restore your bitcoin in your preferred wallet software.
